1st UP - SUMMER SCHOOL - AI in Action - with Lisa Lightband

This is a project-based course.  You may have a project in mind, but if you don’t – don’t worry,  Lisa will provide some sample projects on the first day to help you decide.

Come along and explore the practical application of Generative AI to your passion project.  This course takes the beginner course to the next level by applying AI skills to realise a project you may have thought about in your job or one that is personal to you.  At the end of the course, you will have used AI to conceptualise and build an individual website to showcase your new skills.

Some possible projects include:

• drafting policy
• making art
• creating a plan for social media success
  
• creating your virtual assistant
• planning a marketing campaign
• writing a book
• planning a holiday

If you have a project in mind let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we can give you the tools to realise your project.

CLOSING DATE FOR SUMMER SCHOOL ENROLMENT IS JANUARY 8, 2025

Monday 13 to Friday 17 January 2025
10 am - 4.00 pm daily

 If enrolments are low prior to the start date of your course, we will advise you and there will be a full refund. We prefer not to cancel the class until absolutely necessary.

Once you are enrolled we will send you further information about this course via email, please ensure you check your emails, including spam and junk.

 Should you need to withdraw from a course the following will apply:

·       More than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 90% of the course fee will be given

·        Less than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 50% of the course fee will be given

·        On the day the course starts or after commencement no refund will be given

 You will be asked to complete an evaluation form at the end of your course.  Your evaluation assists us to improve our service and provide feedback to our funders, who enable us to maintain fees at an affordable level.
