Gut Sense - Six Weeks to a Smarter Relationship with Food with Naturopath Dianna Tawharu

Join Dianna for a six-week journey into our relationship with food - from how and when we eat to what we choose and why. You’ll uncover the workings of your digestive system and see how habits like eating on the run or poor chewing throw it off. We’ll demystify the major food groups - animal, vegetarian and vegan proteins; refined versus wholegrain carbohydrates; healthy fats and oils; and fibre - and pinpoint the best sources of vitamins, minerals and superfoods. You’ll learn to cultivate a thriving gut flora with probiotics, explore the power of the six tastes, seasonal eating and strategic fasting, read your tongue as a window into digestive health, and identify your unique Ayurvedic Dosha so every meal fuels you at your best.

 If enrolments are low prior to the start date of your course, we will advise you and there will be a full refund. We prefer not to cancel the class until absolutely necessary.

 Should you need to withdraw from a course the following will apply:

·       More than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 90% of the course fee will be given

·        Less than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 50% of the course fee will be given

·        On the day the course starts or after commencement no refund will be given

 You will be asked to complete an evaluation form at the end of your course.  Your evaluation assists us to improve our service and provide feedback to our funders, who enable us to maintain fees at an affordable level.
