In part three of our four-part series you will learn how to de-bone and break down a whole chicken. Make a curry, pulled chicken, a delicious stuffing and learn how to make a stock from the bones to base your next soup or sauce around.

Should you need to withdraw from a course the following will apply:

  • More than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 90% of the course fee will be given
  • Less than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 50% of the course fee will be given
  • On the day the course starts or after commencement no refund will be given
