If you are planning to make your own cheeses, then this class is for you. Learn the skills and gain the hands-on experience required to make soft cheeses, such as feta, haloumi, mozzarella and ricotta. Our cooking classes are a full day in the kitchen, preparing and cooking your culinary delights.

Should you need to withdraw from a course the following will apply:
- More than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 90% of the course fee will be given
- Less than 7 days before the course starts, a refund of 50% of the course fee will be given
- On the day the course starts or after commencement no refund will be given
